High Med. Taishin Bank's "Occupational Safety and Health Committee" comprises 17 members, including 6 workers' representatives who represent more than one-thirds of the panel. The Committee is involved in several critical safety and health-related issues within the organization, including ISO 45001 certification, the establishment of Health and Safety Code of Conduct, workplace health management, emergency rescue workshop, safety and health training, and monitoring of the work environment.
